These Partner Terms of Service (the “Partner Terms”) govern the use of the Roomie partner portal and services by an organization (“you”, “the Organization”). They are entered into between Company ERM AL-HADITH For Information Technology (One Partner) (“Roomie”, “we”, “us”), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Organization.
Acceptance
These Partner Terms take effect when the Organization’s authorized representative accepts them — by acknowledging these terms in writing or by accepting them in the partner portal. The representative confirms that they are authorized to bind the Organization.
Organization accounts
The Organization is responsible for its own users and login credentials, and for all activity that takes place under its account. The Organization must keep its account information accurate and its credentials secure.
Listings
The Organization warrants that its listings are accurate, lawful, and current, and that it has the right to offer them. Listings are subject to Roomie’s moderation and may be edited for format, hidden, or removed. Roomie’s moderation decisions are final.
Brand tag and licence
Roomie may label the Organization’s listings with the managed-housing brand tag («سكن مُدار»). The Organization grants Roomie a limited, non-exclusive licence to display its name, logo, and listing content within the service and in link previews, as needed to provide the service. Roomie grants the Organization no licence to use Roomie’s marks beyond factual reference to the partnership.
Data roles
The Organization is the provider of its listing content. Roomie is the platform and the controller of member and consumer personal data. The Organization gains no rights to member personal data. Any contact with a member initiated through the platform is governed by Roomie’s consumer Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Suspension and termination
Roomie may suspend or terminate the Organization’s access to the portal for breach of these Partner Terms, or for quality, safety, or legal reasons. The Organization may stop using the portal at any time. Provisions on data, liability, and governing law survive termination.
No agency; platform only
Roomie is a platform, not a broker, agent, or party to any tenancy or other arrangement between the Organization and members. The Service is provided “as is”, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roomie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the Organization’s use of the portal. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update these Partner Terms from time to time; the effective date shown above is when they were last changed.
